Luke part I

Who is Theophilus or who might he have been?
No one really knows who he is, but he may have been a rich person to help publish the book, or he may have been interested in the new christian method.

How much of the NT was written b/c of him?
A lot.

Who is the author of Luke?
Luke.

Without Luke’s letter to Theophilus, what would we be missing? (list it out) Also, what “word” would we be missing?
We would be missing the word savior. We would also be missing the way that Jesus was born. "CHRISTMASSS!"

What does Luke 2:10-11 say?
To not be afraid and that Jesus would bring good news and great joy.

What’s the “Main Point” of Luke?
That Jesus is coming to save everyone and not just the Jews.

When was Luke written?
It was written 50-60 AD
